Is it possible to use SD card together with ISP ? because I saw in circuit it shares the same pin... SCK / PB1....

If u want to connect usb with avr and avr don' t have inbuilt facility then go for ft232rl ic which convert 232 voltage levelbwith ur ttl/cmos.
