USB enumeration problem

In my register map there is no such type of bit selection, please share your data sheet i will read that and then compared that one with my bit selection. I hope this selection will work.

I have another doubt, for USB clock speed must and should 48 MHz with out that low speed devices also doesn't work.This statement is true.

Can you please clarify my doubt.

In this datasheet, refer the steps mentioned in Chapter 27.5.1

USB engine needs exactly 48MHz clock signal for its proper operations.
