[Urgent] Installing Primetime on Linux

Hi all,
I tried to install Synopsys Primetime (V-2003) on Linux Redhat 7.3.
During the installtion the Wizard demande to me the Administrator ID and the Site ID. Since I do not know what they are I let the tool using the default value and Which are:
####-### for the Adm ID and 000 for the Site Id.
The installation continue normally.
After finishing this step the tool can not be lanched and I don't know why.


Please could someone tell me in detail how to install Primetime on Redhat 7.3.
What envorement setting are required and how to do it.

Thanks in advance.
 

you can type in any id: like 123456.
