URGENT: DE2 board burned!!! How to identify what to repair???

URGENT!!! This is terrible. I was having problem with RS232 connection. I tried the feedback test on the PC side and it is fine. But when I try it out at the DE2 FPGA board, the burning scent came out & it does not turn on anymore. Can anyone suggests which part of it is most likely to burnt & need to repair? Power jack? Power regulator? RS232 IC?

NEED HELP~~~
 

Check the power regulators first :)
