Hi,
I'm just developing my first PCB design, also with OrCAD.
I have started to place components and routed some parts, but I have found several issues that I have to solve into Capture modifying the pins connection of some components.
So, now I need to generate a new netlist file and update the brd file.
Moreover, I should have to add some new components to design in future,
Regards.

Hi,
I already found the way, or at least, one way to solve it.
1. Close PCB Editor.
2. Capture. Update Netlist, select the current brd file as input.
2.1 Capture. You can change the output file for making control versions.
2.2 Capture. Generate Netlist.
3. PCB Editor is launched and pins have been reassigned.
What I have no tested yet is adding new components.
Could someone help to know if is this possible? Or explain another better option to do it more efficientl way, also quickly.
Regards.

- Is it possible to update it at "real-time? How can I do this?
- Or on the contrary, do I need to start the board from scratch again?
Moreover, I should have to add some new components to design in future,
- Could those components be added and exported to board (PCB Editor) without need to re-start the board design?
Regards.
