unknown IC from motorola

Hi, all.

I have an IC produced by motorola. I wrote the all texts on it to below.

SC85297P
MIC-1
A95E8940

my question is, what is this? is this a microcontroller or something and how can i get its datasheet.

thanks...
 

it is in 40-PDIP package. i dont know which equipment was used it. some people say that it is a mpu but which?
