Universal powerbank charger (how to connect all usb pins)

Hi i am designing a universal powerbank I get 5.18V output with 1A current but even though my mobile is not getting charged because in USB there are other two pins D+ and D- how to connect them to make all mobile to get charged in average time.please help me very much stucked

this is a good start, it's for apple chargers, but any phone uses the same principles.
