understanding sensitivity file by encounter

Hello,

I have generated a sensitivity file from by ICT using EXT13.2 version, and could someone help me understand how to load this into encounter so that I can extract timing ? as of now I know how to point to a simple tech file i.e. Techfile.tch, but dont know how to feed in the Techfile.tch.sens file
