what is the purpose of DC output circuit breakers (BLVD) Battery Low Voltage Disconnect and (LLVD) Load Low Voltage Disconnect.

like if the voltage is -48 from the rectifier it is output DC voltage...

how can we understand BLVD and LLVD in this scenario?
either dc voltage is decrease to -48 or increase to -48?
so if its low voltage LLVD breakers trip?
is it ture?

how can i understand BLVD
