unable to copy 2D line in PADS2007

i am using a shared computer for my PADS 2007 design.
i was fixing the silkcreen and i got an error when i tried to copy 2D lines on PADS Layout.

is it a result of using a shared computer with account restrictions?

how can i fix this?
