I have been trying to run some sample SD_Card programs provided with Keil u4.03. It was compiling fine, but for the past one hour when I am trying to download the program into Flash, it gives an error "Cannot load Flash Programming Algorithm". Can anyone help me with this error. And BTW I am using an STM32F103RBT6 MC development board.

Also I tried flashing the same program in another computer, it worked fine..
