UART implementation in AES

Hi, I am using Spartan 3A-3400 DSP kit to implement AES. I want to communicate with my PC through the RS232 interface on the DSP kit. For that, I need to incorporate UART in the AES but I am having problems in doing so. Can somebody provide me the UART code for this purpose or can provide me with any help in this regard?
