cmos switch tx rx

Dear all,

Could anyone give me information about Tx/Rx RF switch using CMOS and GaAs? I just want to know their performance (such as loss, linearity) because I want to see performance different using two different materials. The interested frequency is 3G, 5G and 10GHz range. It is better they are commercial product. Could you give me a link?

Thanks
