two usb ports not working

I am using intel 845GVSR motherboard with p4 and 256Mb Ram.
Operating system Windows2000 service pack 4.
USB2 driver with service pack4 installed and no yellow signs in device manager.
Total 6 USB ports. 4 in back of cabin and 2 in front of cabin throgh a connector.
4 USB ports in back side are working ok.
But 2 in the front connector is not ok.
When a device is plugged in ,It will detect it but not correctly.if some driver is shown nothing works.
What you feel is my problem?
