Each opamp has a different noise level. Some are very noisy and others have low noise.
The datasheet for each opamp tells you how much noise is typical with a certain input resistance.
Then multiply the input noise level by the amount of voltage gain for each opamp.
If the gains are high then the second opamp amplifies the noise of the first opamp and its own noise is neglegible.
