Honestly, I don't know how you decided to control the switch.....with the negative voltages...

Just to be on the safe side and to make things easier.

I am replacing the current SP4T switch with this one:

This switch requires a positive and negative supply voltages separately, but the input control pins V1 and V2 only require positive voltage to change the switch states. The snapshot is attached here:
