7432 or gate

I have a very little and painful problem in my project. I think all of it is clear in the image. Two '0' inputs for 7432 (OR gate) and the output is 'X' !!!

so, what's the problem?! I don't know!

Why there is 'X' output here? and when does 'X' come?

I really need to solve it, please help me!

Thanks

did u try with other gates in the chip?? I guess there is a possibility that the gate u r connecting has some fault...

Check out ... input of or gate may be forced to x value...

I'm almost sure that the problem is in the OR gate because if you notice in the picture the left hand side OR gate also is 7432, but there is no 'X' output. Actually at first this OR gate had 'X' output, too, but after replacing it with another OR (74AC32) the output was right, and I changed it to 7432 again and at htis time I had the right one, too, as you can see at the left 7432 has '0' output. But the question and the problem is here that I did this steps for the right hand side OR gate, too, but always I had 'X' output!!! Why? I dont know!
