Tutorials on CCTV and Megapixel cameras

Hello to all.

Does someone knows where can i download or find ebooks or tutorials on CCTV, IPTV and security systems installations.

My main problem is that i dont know how to program such system ( e.g. 50 cameras ) so any help is welcome.

Some step by step guide would be the best solution.
