tsmc13rf suitable for Analog Front-End Design?

Hi all, I had a question. I'm doing my Masters Thesis in the Analog IC domain, and currently the pdk I'm working with is tsmc13rf. Now I had a discussion with one of my professors and they were saying that using RF based PDK would cause me an issue in the layout phase as the tsmc13rf PDK doesn't have 3 terminal mosfet. I want to ask is this true or can I use this tsmc13rf pdk for my design without any issues?
