Hi everybody
I'm using TSMC nmos_rf 90nm & i want to find parameter values like un*cox, Ve, lambda & etc .
So how or where do i find them in linux & Cadence??? (Which folder or file in that)
It,s necessary for me.

do you know where the spice models are for your tech? you will probably find most of what you are looking for in there, but not everything. TSMC, like other foundries, will only reveal the information you strictly need to know to effectively design. Everything else is part of their secret sauce.
