TSMC design kit approval

Hai,
we got the TSMC PDK approval through Europractice. they gave some procedure (register) to access the design kit. if i register to access the kit, should i pay any cost for that? i dont have the plan to fabricate the design.
 

You could ask Europractice. However, I don't think you have to pay for the PDK usage. You don't have to commit to fabrication.
