I have .net file...I hope it work with you
Thanks for sharing:
I wonder whether your ADS.zip contains all the models from t018mmsp001_05.zip. It seems that you need:
mix018_rf.net
ResModel.net
device.net
mix018_rf.net
mm018.net
Maybe I am wrong.

Here is an instruction on how to install tsmc kit
http://www.tec.ufl.edu/~dojeda/intersil/report0723/david0723.html
* Installation Instructions for the ADS Front End design kit for the TSMC 0.18um RF CMOS process
In order to configure ADS to load the ADS Front End design kit for the TSMC 0.18um RF CMOS
process at ADS start-up, the following steps should be performed.
1. Save and unzip the tsmc_cm018rf_v2_dk.zip archive in an arbitrary directory on your hard drive
(). The design kit directories and files will then be inflated into
\tsmc_cm018rf_v2\...
2. Download the ADS models from TSMC Online (
**broken link removed**).
The ADS models are contained in the archive named t018mmsp001_05.zip. This archive contains a
directory (Floppy) containing another archive, ADS.zip, which holds the actual ADS model files
together with documentation in pdf format.
Unzip t018mmsp001_05.zip, then unzip ADS.zip and place its contents in
\tsmc_cm018rf_v2\circuit\models\MasterModels
Note: You will need to have a username and password to access this site. Contact your TSMC sales
representative for more information.
3. For the purpose of this installation, add the following directory to your path:
$HPEESOF_DIR/tools/perl/bin (UNIX)
%HPEESOF_DIR%\tools\perl\bin (Windows)
Menu: Start / Settings / Control Panel
Select: System
Select tab: Environment
Add %HPEESOF_DIR%\tools\perl\bin to the system variable Path
separated by colon (":")
NOTE: on Sun platforms please also set the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to
$HPEESOF_DIR/lib/sun56
4. From \tsmc_cm018rf_v2\circuit\models\MasterModels run:
errata_unix.ksh (UNIX terminal window)
errata_dos.bat (double click icon in Windows Explorer)
5. From \tsmc_cm018rf_v2\circuit\models\MasterModels run:
prefix_unix.ksh (UNIX terminal window)
prefix_dos.bat (double click icon in Windows Explorer)
6. Activate the ADS design kit load mechanism (Not required for use with ADS2001 and later
versions).
The following lines should be added to:
$HPEESOF_DIR/custom/config/de_sim.cfg (for enabling design kit installation site-wide)
or
$HOME/hpeesof/config/de_sim.cfg (for enabling design kit installation for the single user).
---------------------------------------------------------------
#
# ADS variables to activate design kit load mechanism
#
DESIGN_KIT_DIRECTORY={$HPEESOF_DIR}/design_kit
DESIGN_KIT_LOCAL_OVERRIDE=FALSE
DESIGN_KIT_NO_MENU=TRUE
#
# extend the SITE_AEL and LOCAL_AEL path
#
SITE_AEL={%DESIGN_KIT_DIRECTORY}/design_kit_startup
LOCAL_AEL={%DESIGN_KIT_DIRECTORY}/design_kit_project_attach
----------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: if SITE_AEL and/or LOCAL_AEL were already defined, make sure that you merge the
entries separating them by a ';'.
7. Create entry for TSMC 0.18 um design kit in ads.lib file.
For the TSMC 0.18 CMOS design kit to be automatically loaded at ADS startup, the following entry
has to be added to the ads.lib file:
TSMC_CM018RF|/tsmc_cm018rf_v2|de/ael/boot
Note: There is a sample ads.lib file in \tsmc_cm018rf_v2\design_kit\ that you can copy to
the desired location
The entry consists of:
1) the name of the design kit;
2) the absolute path to the design kit;
3) the design kit boot file (including its RELATIVE path in the design kit)
SITE INSTALLATION:
Design kits that should be available to everyone using the installed version of ADS should be listed
in the SITE ads.lib file ($HPEESOF_DIR/custom/design_kit/ads.lib).
SINGLE-USER INSTALLATION:
Design kits that should be available to an individual user of ADS should be listed in the USER ads.lib
file ($HOME\hpeesof\design_kit\ads.lib).
Note: always use the forward slash ('/') in ads.lib - also when running on PC/Windows
