[AVR] tried to program atmega8 using extreme burner...but got error

tried to program atmega8 using extreme burner...but got error i'm using USBASP v2.0

installed dribers correctly and seen usbasp in device manager...miso,mosi,vcc,reset,gnd connection are made clear but

simple blink program while burning got..
error
"power turned on..
power turning on failed...." in extreme burner

y how to solve this problem...
i measured vcc and gnd its 5v
 

why i'm getting this error whats the solution i rechecked my connection..
