I want send my voice up to 5km securely, any one can help to me?

Thanks for your answer, but these ways(mobile, ... ) are expensive my budget for this project is low.

There are modern walkie-talkie radios which transmit several km.

All (or some) have a voice scrambler.

laser communicator may be hard to intercept.

Frequency hopped system with digital encryption of the voice (data) will work pretty well.

A really wide digital spreading bandwidth system, with power limited so the soread transmitted signal is received below KTBF noise floor, would be pretty hard to intercept. Without knowing the digital dispreading, there would be nothing but white noise to process
