I have built a transmission gate using 1 nmos 1 pmos but i didnt understand where to connect body terminals of the mos transistor???

If someone knows pl help and what if i left them open?

connect the body terminal of the PMOS to the Vdd and that of NMOS to the GND.

Also this will reduce the Body effect.

This would be equivalent to Shorting Body terminal with Source Terminal.

should i connect it body to source terminal or to vdd/gnd since source either will be to the input side or output side

the source of the PMOS will be cnnected to Vdd and of NMOS will be connected to the GND.
Right ?
So, just connect the Bulk terminal (Body) to the same respectively.
