Hello,

I don't know is this right place to post this question, But i was worried about BC547 and BC557 about working with Duty cycle of microcontroller pulse of 5ms.... will it work with same duty cycle ? because i need to drive Big 2.3" 7 Segment displays...so m worried should i use BC547 or 2N2222 Series ? which would be the best ?

Can anyone tell me how to drive PNP transistor using Microcontroller ? i need it urgently...plz help..
