I have problem to recognise the following transistor marking code. The place on circuit board are at the area power supply (after DC DC Converter)

The marking code is AJZ and the package style is SOT223

Please help me.

smd transistor marking code

As per the SMD book here

There is no transistor in AJZ series. Instead i refered AJ series which is BC107 transistor. You may have a look at the code book. Good luck

To me it seems a Voltage regulator, as there is no marking AJZ in any code marking reference, so please you have to trace the in and out tracks (bit difficult)

I measured at the pin during operational, Pin 1 stated 3.3VDC i.e. come straight away from DC-DC Converter, Pin no 2 stated 1.725VDC and pin no 3 is ground, i,e, connected straight from the DC DC Converter ground.
