Can anyone help me identify an alternative for a PC13003 TO126 power device or give me some data?

it is used in a small battery charger on the mains side can't seem to find any usefull information

basically these are high voltages transistors which are widely used in CFL BULB(ENERGY SAVERS LAMP CFL_components.jpgcfl2prts.jpg). you can find out these from CFL BULBS
