i took this image by mobile . it is written on it ( i think but i am not sure) k f 13001s 0 1 or kf 130015 0 1 . I searched net by google for it, but I can not find it.
guide me.

Probably the same as MJE13001 which you should be able to find. If that is the one, they are commonly used in small compact fluorescent light bulbs as part of the ballast circuit.
