Hi folks,
I'm looking for a reference design for a MOS transimpedance amplifier with a gain of 60dBohm and a 3-dB frequency of 7GHz. I don't want inductors in the design, and it has to be a fully-differential circuit. In my search so far, I've found not a single reference for an amplifier with these specs. Those that meet the specs either use inductive peaking, or are not fully differential.
Appreciate if you could help me with a design from a published paper or a book.
Thanks.
