how can i find out inductance(L) of a little transformer (230 to 12).

What kind of measurement tools do you have?

Under wich circumstances? Is it without load?

Primary or secondary side?

The best tool for this is the network analyser.

normally inductance of mains transformer won't affect the circuit, if you want to check the inductance(L) check it with lcr meter

Be aware of two inductance values present with a transformer: leak inductance and main inductance. Both can be measured with a LCR meter - or an AC voltmeter in a simple measurement circuit, involving not more than a AC source and an additional resistor. Draw a transformer equivalent circuit and refer to elementary network theory to see, how it works.
