Hello,

I want to use ferrite material core to design transormer in stepdown full bridge DC to DC coverter and the turns ratio I am getting
Np:Ns =>33:1 so can you sujest me a ferrite material which can have low fluxdensity(B) and cross
sectional area(Ac) in order to acheive my turns ratio 33:1

I am trying with some ferrite materials like 3F35,3f4 but I am getting very low Np values like 6 and15 turns
Ans also i want to caluculate the losses in that transformer

my specifications are: bild (2).JPG
i/p vol - 400v
o/p voltage - 12v
o/p power - 3.6kw
o/p current - 300Amp
Frequency - 1mhz
