Trace self-inductance relationship with adjacent trace

I deduced that metal trace self-inductance should not be impacted by adjacent metal trace. Right?

my reason is that since
PH1 (flux) =L11*I1+L12*I2; and we derive L11 by setting I2=0.
so the adjacent metal traces will be open, then have no impact on this metal trace's flux.

Please correct me if I am wrong. I hope some guru can help me confirm it.
