I have different types of signal flowing through the various traces, from DC to 1.5 GHz, from single tones, to multitones. I have calculated the correct width W in relation with Zo, frequency of the signals, etc., but I would like to know what are the rules to follow, the limits, and how do you people approach the various situations that require curves, miltered corners (radius, degree of the corner, etc,).
Generally, digital 45 deg. corners even up to low gigaHzs
RF curved where requested, otherwise 45.
Usually when doing RF the chip data sheets will indicate whether curved tracks are required, for antenna feeds I tend to use curved as standard.
