Toshiba pa3373u-1mpc wont boot

I have a problem with a Laptop Toshiba Satellite, It wont boot at all, I´ve cleaned RAM with a rubber, I´ve resoldered the AC power adaptor that is attached to MOBO, i´ve tested with two AC adapters and when i am installing win xp as for this lap have a new IDE 320 Gb western digital where i am going to install winxp but i can´t.

Please Need advise!
