I'm familar with ADS. But I have never designed a RFIC in Cadence. Can we use the regular spice model to design a RF circuit in Cadence? Thanks for any suggestions.

to make a RFIC in cadence u need something called PDK , Process design kit
which contain the Rf macromodels of the transistors the LVC and DRC data , the parasitic extraction data , and so on

for RFIC design I am using AWR solution.
it is pretty powerfull, stable and quality/price ration is excellent...

I suggest you to get thei fre eval or ask for their feed back - good tech support

good luck

Please guide for finding PDK (Process Design Kit) for TSMC 0.25 technology for Cadence and ADS.
Where could i find that and how to install it?

Thank you
