Hello, what free tools are available to model a bond-wire? I want to extract its inductance, capacitance, and mutual inductance (if needed). I know there is Ansys HFSS but it is not free.

Is it possible to use SONNET/Altium Designer/Cadence virtuoso to model it?- I have access to these tools.
