Yes, but no wireless, need touch.

Immobilizer concept is not linked with keys for starting is just a section for immobilizing starting engine when active. Normal car user deactivating of immobilizer can be done on many ways, all depends how manufacturer make design, one example is RFID cards, when user is near car, doors can be automaticlz unlocked and immobilizer turned off, push button for starting engine is just to start car nothing else. Immobiliser prevent usage of start button if immobilizer is turned activated.

I saw how Renault Laguna III can be turned off when driving on road, by blocking RFID card, and I must say that I stay in shocked condition after that for some time. :shock:
