TMS320C6713 - CCS Code for synchronization of BPSK modulator and demodulator

Hi,
I am using two TMS320C6713, one for BPSK modulation and another for demodulation.
When I am giving the output of BPSK modulator to another kit for demodulation as an input and multiplying it with a sinewave, I am getting the waveform which is not synchronized.
Can anyone here please guide me to get a synchronized output.
