I need a matlab code to find jitter percent of a speech signal.. In order to apply the formula of jitter i need to know the To, time period of the speech signal...

Jitt is computed from the extracted period-to-period pitch data (VOICE command)


can any one help me with a code the computes the time period of a speech sgnal, wav file...
