If your system is not accelerating, then just look at the datasheet. if your system is accelerating, then you can not sense the tilt angle by using only an accelerometer. You need to use an accelerometer together with a gyroscope. Moreover, you need to fuse their outputs by a Kalman filter or a complementary filter.
