Hello everybody.
I'm looking for a thyristor/module for a three phase half controlled bridge
I looked in a bunch of compagnies and packages, and I really can't figure out the cause of the HUGE price difference between them.
Here are some examples

3 phase half controlled bridge : 33 Euros (POWERSEM)
https://www.powersem.net/Three_Phase_Bridges/Standard_Diodes/Baseline/PSDH%2070.pdf

Diode Thyristor module : 30 Euros (SEMIKRON)
**broken link removed**

Thyristor: 7 Euros (VISHAY)
**broken link removed**

PS:
VRRM and VDRM are not a problem
Average output current from the bridge : 55 Amps
RMS current per thyristor 42A

Thanks you so much for your help

All of three products are different, and cannot be compared, its like frogs and grannies, at least from my point of view.

High Voltage Phase Control Thyristor, 40 A
TO-247AC
Single SCR

Three Phase Hallf Controlled Bridges PSDH70

Triacs, Thyristors, Diodes, IGBT,... in module package are often more expensive then single component, also there is various modules with various component connection inside....

Hello !
First thank you for your answer.
I'm not comparing these modules as independent parts. I'm comparing them doing the same function which is as 3-ph half controlled rectifier.
That means that I compare PSDH70 with (03) of SKKH42 and (03) of Vishay's single SCR with diodes.
I think this clearifies what I'm looking for.

Thanks
