Here I want to remove the IGBT and put a three phase mosfet bridge circuit. also want to use the same driver.

what you say?

i would say , i will work , assuming yo choose mosfets with high voltage rating that suits the application .
usually mosfets and IGBTs share the same drivers . for example : ir2110 and similar Ics
