Presented here device provides guitar effects such as duck (without an expensive potentiometer), volume pedal and pulsar. To place three guitar effects in one housing, search for solution used in Theremin devices – a generator retuned by change of capacity and a converter for voltage. It is good to use a device with duck and volume effect (for example from DOD). Then you need to pay attention to operation with generator and way of retuning (you need to perform a capacitor for retuning in the pedal). You also need to learn about f/U converter and determine the rake angle of moving part of the pedal. The most important thing is the proper selection of the capacitor pads surface and the angle of their approach. In this type of solution the characteristics is non-linear. Pulsar systems (ElectroHarmonix) and duck effect are easier to make.

When the electronics is ready, perform the housing and mechanism of variable capacitor. The housing was made of aluminum sheet, pedal of plywood, some plexiglass, bearings, steel mounting axis and other mechanical elements.
