I haven't done Thevenin in quite a while. As you can see, getting Vth is not a simple matter. What I suggest, though it might be quite tedious, is to label all the important nodes and do KCL on each of those nodes and solve for Va and Vb which will get you your Vth.
Rth should be relatively easy to find as you're going to be shorting the voltage source.
