the simulation with all PVT coner and product yield

we have designed an chip working with 200Mhz. We passed the design with all PVT cases and all meet the specifications . We have taped it out and waiting for the chip return(which maybe need two months). I want to know if we have passed all the PVT cases, what is the product yield? Here, we also assume the ESD will be OK.

Can anyone share your experience?
