can anybody explain briefly the relationship between temperature and mobility in a semiconductor ???

If temperature increases mobility increases? How????

if temperature increases the energy of the electron increases so mobility increases but after a particular temperature the vibration of the atoms cause the mobility to drop.....

mobility is realted to motion of electrons.....
high tempreture means more mobility ... because electrons exits and are highly mobile at the same time ..... and tempreture of a semiconductor device
depends upon majorly where and on which application it is connected to....

even above room temperature generally mobility starts to decrease because the vibration energy of atoms also increases which hinders the free motion of electrons...
