the low quiescent current and high PSRR bandgap circuit

Hi all,

I will design a low quiescent current (about 20uA), high PSRR (50kHz 90dB), because the supply voltage is from 2V to 18V. Because the process I will select BiCMOS so can anybody tell me some good structure?
