I have a question about The gain_bandwidth produit: what kind of information does this product give (concerning performance, power dissipation ...)

The gain-bandwidth product applies to an op amp that has a 1-pole (6-dB octave) open-loop compensation. The only thing you can predict from this is the circuit bandwidth for a given small-signal non-inverting closed-loop gain value*. It indicates nothing about other performance parameters, such as power dissipation, slew rate, etc.

*Edit: by dividing the GBWP by the non-inverting gain.

Product in English means to multiply so gain-bandwidth is a number that is the gain times the bandwidth.

The gain of opamps is very high at very low frequencies and their bandwidth where the gain is only one is 3MHz. Then the gain-bandwidth is 3MHz.

For my opinion, it is sometimes given also for opamps that are not unity-gain-compensated (2 poles in the active region).
However, in this case it is not identical to the so called "transit frequency" (frequency for 0 dB gain)
