Both expressions are right
The diference if in the one that you calculate the integral from 0 to t thats why the contant C does not appear Becouse you calculate and defined integral in a interval.

The second expression has been calculated dy derivation that why the the interval is not defined and appears the contan C regarding the initial moment.
